Fortunately, my husband took me to SumSum on Valentines Day where we took a sampler box of Baklava home. We ate the whole box in 24 hrs!! Perfection is the word that comes to mind. “ Visited Feb 17, 2024. We were so fortunate to stumble upon this healthy Mediterranean dessert coffee boutique. I loved that the owner seemed to really enjoy inviting us in to try a new experience. Everything was superbly delicious. The 1st time we stopped in, we bought a variety of baklava pastries. The 2nd visit, we had more time and took a seat on their street side patio to try lemonmint infused tea and flavored latte. Both times that we visited, he offered us samples of the Havla which was delicious as well. Unfortunately, I had no room to bring it back to the mainland. I did buy a 25 bag of apple cider infused tea, because they had run out of the berry tea. And I literally had to bring transport it home in my purse to the mainland. I will make sure when we return to Hawaii next year to save room to bring some delicious havla and pastries home. In my opinion, everything is well worth the price there. ”

The flavors were perfectly balanced, and you could tell the ingredients were of high quality. On top of that, the service was outstanding friendly, attentive, and welcoming. “ The most baklava flavors of any place Ive ever been. They have healthy, herbal teas and halva, which is a Middle Eastern suite made from tahini sesame seed. I had never had it before. And it was interesting. It was good, but we ended up buying a lot of the baklava. My grandmother was from Norway and made baklava with cinnamon and sugar and pecans. Their walnut cinnamon sugar was the closest thing Ive had to hers. Staff is extremely helpful and we even bought more thanks to their suggestions. The tea is really good also. ”
